Revising the Chinese Maritime Code
The final version of the revised Draft Chinese Maritime Code is scheduled to be submitted for examination by the National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China in 2023.[1] This article outlines the ambitions and scope of the project, as well as progress to date.
